Ἓν τὸ πᾶν was created, has been kept and dried out. Like a gift from time or from a dream, it appears almost as if it has fallen from the image that hangs above it, a photograph of an Egyptian fresco representing the process of winnowing, where wheat is tossed into the air.

La matière première du brassage d’une bière, ou « drêche », est habituellement mise au rebut à la fin du processus. Ici, ce reliquat, mélange unique de blé antique et moderne qui a permis de réaliser la bière Ἓν τὸ πᾶν a en revanche été gardé et séché. Tel un cadeau du temps ou du rêve, il est comme tombé de l’image qui le surplombe, une photographie d’une fresque égyptienne représentant le vannage, où le blé est lançé en pluie dans l’air.
